Its best to listen to those instincts/ vibes though Soldat. They're almost always right.

I've said it before but i could never go out alone to a building. Cemeteries, yes, various outdoor places, sure but inside a building...too dangerous. Plus, besides getting the spooks and fear of being knocked unconscious and no one being able to help...i feel like if i get caught, at least i have some one with me.

In all my years of doing this, only one location ever gave me the creeps. A story about, that I posted on another forum is below...

Follow the link at the bottom to see a Google satellite image of a vacant lot upon once stood the only site that ever made me feel truly nervous.

This started as a looting mission for materials for a mad science project. The building was originally a country club, but later became the NY Tech Thermodynamics Research Facility and also housed a laboratory supply company. We had to force our way in, which we thought  immediately was a good sign that the site had not been previously looted.

Inside we found a cavernous building. About 4 levels of open halls, a couple of grand stair cases, lots of small rooms, a multi-room roof top cupola and all of it covered with Satanic grafs to the point that this could be considered the Satanic equivalent of St. Peter's Basilica.

We kind of realized that it must have taken a considerable amount of time for this huge quantity of grafs to get painted and many of them appeared to be by skilled artists. With this in mind, I was starting to feel a little nervous as to what the keepers of this Satanic nightmare world would think should they happen to find us desecrating their private sanctuary.

Even still, we completely searched the building and didn't find a bit of hand-carry loot, but there was some large items outside worthy of retrieving, but no one other than myself was willing to return.

That stuff gets to me too.

Alot of time i think its just bored kids with nothing better to do than scare others...who most of the time have no intention of hurting anyone.

But of course, i would have been out of there pretty quickly after seeing a fair amount of that. I get spooked easily in those kinds of situations.

YES! Alright so there's this abandon warehouse near me that's all creepy 'n stuff, esp. because awhile back it was used for satanic rituals and there is still writing on the wall. So basically the first floor is a square so my friend went around the square and came up behind me! Spooked me to hell he did! Also there is this homeless man who believes he is invisible and one time we were in the garage and he popped out from one of the basement windows and yelled it scared the crap outta us!

For me, it's when I'm outside trying to get in that I get kind of creeped out. Once you're inside, you can pretty much bet on the fact that you and your exploring partners are going to be the only ones in the building. But when you're outside, in the dark, you never really know what else could be out there with you. I'm kind of a paranoid, though. I always think someone's going to jump out from the shadows and assault me or something. I tend to hold onto whoever I'm exploring with if they're nearby. I'm a wimp.
