Abandoned gas stations are a dime a dozen, but I was gonna walk right by this one...
I noticed a broken window, so I very carefully stuck my arm inside, with the camera...
Yipes!! There's a car in there!!!
I don't know if this has been abandoned or it just looks that way...
Just think. This was taken several months before I ever heard of Opacity!!

Looks like that car was abandoned with the station. The pink you see on those TRW bearing boxes sitting on the bumper... that is supposed to be fire engine red!

I'd love to take a simple structure like that and gut it, then turn it into some sort of apartment or hangout.

I always have the same thought when I see one of those. But with one of my other hobbies being automotive, I'd likely leave one garage bay intact so I could put the car in there... right there in my bedroom.
HAH, let's see me get a girlfriend then!

With that sort of building you could have a one car garage, plus a one car shop, plus a sweet bedroom and living room. It would be bachelor heaven lol.

Possibly faded, as it is right under an open (broken) window. I took these pics last year, so I don't remember if I brightened them up (I doubt it)

That looks like it had been there for awhile, but that was a year ago, and the chair was gone by last summer.
