I'm all for IP banning him, but there is a difficulty: he is posting from his work! There is the potential that other people would also be blocked in the process. I think I said somewhere else too that I really fear having something like that happen to me, where some idiot in my building posts something stupid, gets blocked, and then I can't get on anymore either!
