hi i just visted the site the other day and used the name andrew- i made a joke about sleeping inside one of the morgues that was deleted but im not the person your referring to about flaming other members. And I enjoy Motts work. From now on i will use this moniker instead. I also feel many older buildings should be kept alive as sacred links to the past. As we all occasionally see first hand- newer isnt always better. I currently live in a house thats only about 3 years old, and have yet to feel any mood or emotional attachment to it.

Motts, I do not believe that someone that is making fun of the viewers of this site none the less admit to vandalizing historic property, should be able to use this site, but..... maybe andrew is all talk and he is just trying to get a rise out of the viewers, either way, he should show more respect to the work that you and many others do to give us information and pictures about old buildings and our history. Andrew again shame on you!!!!!!!

It's a description, like ass clown or ass monkey, nobody remembers when, but at some point the regulars began refering to themselves as asshats, now , everyone within the group is kindly refered to as a fellow asshat.
It is still used as a putdown against some of the more obnoxious posters on the main site, you just have to remember that that when you are part of the group, it's not an insult. :lol:
