I did mention to Motts in a comments section that a glossary of medical terminology would be nice, to save Lynn from describing what an autoclave is 15 times.

Hey Lynne... what's an autoclave?  It sounds musical.

The thing is there are PLENTY of resources available to people on the internet for free, including medical dictionaries.  A lot of times people just need to take a little initiative and LOOK 8-[.

I don't think Motts should put something else on his server... it's already having gateway issues...

Well, my fallback response is always JFGI, but I can also see how it must get obnoxious to certain people to always be answering the same few questions...

I thought everyone knew what an autoclave is... it's like a manual clave, but auto.

I don't know why the server keeps sulking but I'm sure it isn't a volume of traffic or too much content thing. Certainly, having a list of terms somewhere shouldn't overload it.

The fact is, as Sketch says, that the Information Is Out There Already but the people who can't/don't/won't use Google aren't going to look for a glossary and do a few seconds of researching....
