Did they clean all the debris fields up yet and build?

It's just acres of mud piles.
The "Built and ready to move in by December 2007" was not met, though.
From the looks of it, they're installing piping and starting on road layouts. And, there was a steady gaggle of cars coming to the information trailer this past weekend inquiring on the wondrous $300,000 homes.
I'd blame the failing housing market and building company troubles from said-failed market on the slowing of building. Though, I could be wrong.
The designated business side owned by Brandywine has 5 years to find companies to move into that area, too. Expect mud piles with patches of grass for a lil' while.
As far as debris piles, they've been gone for a good while now. A better job done than that of the other campus.
