Yes, makes me long for the sunny days of summer again!!

as I am right now feeling blue with cold...lol..

And there's some snow in my forecast. Looks like I got a snowy weekend coming up.

Oh well, snow is just a four letter word that begins with 'S'...

I miss snow.  There's something unnerving about seeing palm trees year round and no seasons (except tourist--I wanna shoot 'em).  I never have gotten used to it.  Will you post snow pics for me, PB?

I'd be happy if I never see snow ever again! Florida's weather is paradise!  And those seasonal "snowbirds" are why we don't have to pay any State Income Taxes!

I simply couldn't live somewhere where there weren't all 4 seasons,  winter included!   I love the snow..... just not TOO much of it!

REW: Next winter, you can come spend a few weeks at my place!  After scooping snow out of three driveways every day for a week, you might rethink your position on snow...  It's pretty if you don't have to leave the house all winter, but it will quickly become hated if you have to drive on the damned stuff...

Nah, I lived in Breckenridge, CO for a few years, and it was amazing.  I've been wanting to go somewhere snowy all winter....

I'm sure my ferrets would make room for ya!   Smiley Watch out though, they like to lick your face when you're trying to sleep!

Well, I've finally convinced Tanuki that he shouldn't sleep in his dirty litter box... Pretty good other than that.  They won't like me soon, as it's almost bath time!

Ooh, I did nails yesterday.  Not fun.  But they got crack, so they were happy, the mindless addicts....oh, I should explain.  Are yours whacko about the ferretone like ours?  Roger calls it "ferret crack"!

Oh yeah, I use ferretone for everything involving training!  I can even trim their nails by myself because of it; roll them on their backs between your legs (so they're stable), put a few drops on their belly, and let them go to town licking it while you trim...  My guys are so used to it now that when I sit them in my lap they roll over and wait for me!  "Ferretcrack"... hehehe!

Eubie will do the belly thing for me, but since the other two were older when I got them and so underdisciplined, it was an uphill battle and I have to scruff and chop both of them.  Karma, however, will come to her name, and Cloud will come if I clap.  Eubie only comes for the squeak toy!  (But he's lazy...the anti-ferret.)

That's how I feel. I see beauty in all four seasons, and would get bored quickly if one was to be deleted.

And anyway...I ~like~ the smell of winter...

Spring is too flowery (ah choo)
Summer smells like sweat
Autumn smells like dead leaves

but...winter smells fresh and clean. One of my favorite smells on earth is that of freshly fallen snow.

Yep Pa I almost agree with you......  summer is too hot,  spring is nice but the bugs are starting to come out,  winter is fresh and I love it.... and autumn is my favourite!   Crisp,  cool and gorgeous!
