The history of this place dates back to 1917. It was most recently used as a Jail for the Vagrants of the worlds second largest city. It's going to be another small set.

Nice location!  Santa looks a little out of place and very lonely all by himself in that big space!

Very nice location. Looks like a relatively newer building but Mother Nature sure is doing a number on the interior. Is that a fire station in #10?

Yeah he was actually laying face down, I set him up for that shot.

The original building in the front is from 1917 I believe, but the ones in the back are clearly newer. Vandals have really fucked up the place, by either breaking windows or having airsoft wars inside. And #10 was a maintenance garage.

Nice one, peely paint heaven.

If that was here in as you'd say, "lil old England", every single window would be smashed, and that suspended ceiling would have been pulled down.

Its in great nick, except for the stripping of course.

Yeah, when I approached, and saw how many windows were broken here, I was thinking about how tagged and vandalized the inside must be. Didn't turn out to be the case. It was pretty boring though.

Thanks everyone. The "Inmates" here really didn't have it too bad, the area around it is really quite nice, and they had a lot of freedom in the later years of the prison. I read an article, where a resident of the town wouldn't even let his daughter play outside  alone because the people from the prison were wandering around.
