The first blog the end looks kinda wonky but it's a list of the nine symptoms docs look for when diagnosing this farked up beast in my brain. And be forewarned it is not going to be kid or work friendly.

The tumblr blog has been disabled I started a Blogspot though. Its more widely used by people for actual blogging about real issues. I will prolly get more hits using it.
