Anybody in/near the area?  I've internet scouted a few places and wanted to see if I could find a bit more out about them.  If you've done some explorations in Knoxville, hit me up with a PM please.

I am near you.  Smiley  There is a hospital down by the river that is closed, up for sell.  Would love to get into that place. On my list of trying to find info on. I am 40 miles into Kentucky on I-75.

I'm about 90 minutes away from Knoxville.  I've been researching a couple places I saw going in.  Some look easy, some are in very questionable areas.  I think I located the hospital on Google Maps.  PM me if you want more information.
