I never do huge sets, but it's going to be a big one, so hold on.

This has been on my bucket list since I started exploring.  A special shout out to 4 awesome guys who've I've respected as photographers and explorers for years now for including me to this trip for what may be my only chance at this location.  Entry was a bitch because they have been diligent in patching up any entry point around the perimeter.  I ended up tearing my pants in 3 different spots getting over the barbed wire.  Thank god I was wearing thermals or it would have been a very cold day for the undercarriage.

Wow dude these kick butt!
The window shot in #5 is awesome.
I love the steeple effect in 30 and the color of the hard hat in 27.
You did an awesome job documenting this place!

Don't judge me unless you have looked through my eyes, experienced what I have and cried as many tears as me.  Until then back off, cause you have no idea.

Just awesome.  Seems funny that time is spent sealing this rust bucket.
Love 11,20,23,30,34 and 28.  In 28 the two shorter items look like a pair of pigs standing guard.
Thanks for posting.

That's the single best place I've seen anywhere for a very long time. Everything I like about derelict places rolled up into one big amazing location. You lucky people Sad

Wow, what excellent photography. That roof over the powerhouse has really deteriorated since I was there a few years ago, scary.

I think that is one of the many benefits of photography: as you search for subjects you begin to realize that objects of beauty were around you all along and you never took the time to really notice.

1, 12, 20, and 28 kick major ass. Glad you got to see that place, it's one of the best spots there is.

It was the time of year, the time of day, for a small insistent sadness to pass into the texture of things. Dusk, silence, iron chill.
