Totally Awesome! Thanks JMan for posting this. If you click on the photographers name you get to see more fabulous photos. That one of the warped, wooden seclusion room door is my fav. Would love to have the opportunity to take photos of whats left here.

The closest you can get to there without a boat is by visiting the old Bronx-side port that the boats going to and from there would depart from. It's largely intact, but covered in vines and brush. Lovely little island, would love to visit someday.
