Article on an abuse case in the New York Times talking about care and the death of a patient at a facility in New York.  The story is really shameful and damning of the system that is in place for the care of patients and the staff they hired.

This is just unbelievable - that they hire drunks and criminals and those with do not rehire on their records.  And this little boy paid the ultimate price.  This just breaks my heart.

shame i had to turn it off after the lady sayning "they kicked him in his back when with their boots on"

what kind of world are we living in when you got trained staff abusing poeple like that they want fucking hanging for what they did to that  13yr lad
