I agree that it needs to be governed more better than it used to was. No doubt. I have heard of the deaths that occur when it is used. At the same time, this is, as I have learned HERE, the reason. All you hear IS the deaths, not the vastly outweighing NON-deaths from its use. Thus, the squeaky wheels...... I wish I could fix them..... :twisted:  :twisted:

Speaking as someone who's had issues in the past keeping control of myself, let me agree with you sincerely on that statement.  I would have loved to have someone there for me to keep me safe when I couldn't.  I don't have any experience with them, but I can say that restraints seem a lot more appealing when you can't always do the job yourself.
