I wonder why this company can't move in to a new facility in that town instead of uprooting to PA? If the 100 year old place they're in is falling apart, then so be it - a nice old abandoned chocolate factory would be great to explore!
In all seriousness, I can imagine that the lure of a new place would be great if the place they're in is an antique brick mill-type one...As much as I love them, I wonder if the cost to maintain and heat and secure them is anywhere near as low as the cost of upkeep in a new factory? I highly doubt it...
As a side note to my own, one of the comments in that article was "where will the oompa loompas go?"
