Here is a quick "how-to" for dealing with time changes.

Go to your profile, and select "Look And Layout Preferences".  In the section labeled "Time Offset:", click "auto detect".  This will detect the difference between your computer's time zone and the server's time zone.  Now, just click "Change Profile" and you are finished!

If you are in a country that has DST, or any form of yearly time changes, you will have to do this twice a year if you want your posting time to show properly.
