i am suprised one picture has taken on a rant longer than the gettysburg address the declaration of independence and possibly war and peace this is the longest dialogue ive ever read

for years it bothered me the nightmare that was pennhurst. over the past 12 years ive befriended many ex patients and employees of the facility. contrary to popular belief (some of the people who commented on here) the institution was a terrrible place to be. care was minimalistic if none existant....there were never enough nurses or aides to cover any of the wards..the food was terrible and nothing was ever done to help people at all...towards the end no one cared meds were left in the open for anyone to take orderlies were raping female patients the lists go on and on and now they are running a haunted attraction on the site gonna be awful hard to keep the real ghosts and the fake ghost seperate.... thats one place that should of been left to deteriorate into the land and left to its own demise.....nothing good ever came out of pennhurst

took me awhile to get back to this sight but thought i would mention that when my boss was still in college she worked as a gym teacher at pennhurst because her dad was the staff physician, well long story short she needed volleyballs one time and was told to order them suffice to say she worded the order forn wrong and instead of getting a case of 12 balls wound up with 120 cases of 12 balls somewhere in these tunnels is a storage room with all those balls so she says lol thought this was worth a mention

i see a face in 114s had to look twice but then i saw the eye at the top of the diamond ........now im gonna have nightmares lol

i must say mr. motts your pictures are enthralling they keep me coming back for more all the time. you are a genius with the camera.keep up the excellent work

the above mentioned underground street is located in norristown pa it is mentioned in the bood weird pennsylvania also
