	rtotten to answer Ed's question HIPPA is a patient privacy act, you should sign one each year @ your doctors office, infoming you that your information is not shared with any other facilty without your permission first.And I am sure that Ann Hanson was not able to express this and that makes it a violation of her privacy.

	rtotten this is sad to see these markings on the walls, I wonder what kind of care these patients received. I am a nurse and when I reas some of these stories, of neglect adn complete abuse it breaks my heart.
