I have been fasinated by this buliding since I saw it on an episode of Ghost Adventures. The horrors that this buliding experienced is devastating, but I think that it would be a interesting place to just be inside of.

as far as torture goes, the only torture ever documented were cased of insulin shock treatments, electric shock therapy and pre-frontal lobotomies. and the milgram experiment was far from torture, just a test to see how far a normal person would go.
