Motts. do you run into many other explorers, homeless, or vandals on these sites???

Motts, I see there is a dirt road in this one. When entering any of these buildings and Pennhurst I'm guessing you don't just pull your vehicle up park it and walk in the front door . How do ya do it? I assume you've gotta be kinda sneaky to get in there right?? Do tell please...Sorry of this is a stupid question, just wondering .

have you ever gotten in any leagal trouble or caught moving these things around?? most likely not . I've moved things around in a certain home wher a murder occurred and had no gloves. you do use gloves and masks right motts??
