Deceased unknown, most embalmers and funeral homes use those blocks... its not really all that embarrassing

i work in a funeral home, we have a porcelain toilet/sink identical to that one in our morgue, we use it to dispose of bodily fluid and cleaning chemicals during embalming. The metal pieces protect the sides from being chipped if you slide the table over it with it tipped too low. Its designed that way so when the table is angled, any fluid will drain directly into it, all you need to do it to shift the table over it.
