I am fairly sure it was..It is not as though {sad] is or was a trend.

i have struggled with mental illness since childhood and have been institutionalized more times then i can count.twice at state hospitals,{marion,VA. and elgin,ILL.}these places were a mecca of human suffering.i can only imagine what it was like decades ago.may all these people have peace in the afterlife...
