i recently re discovered the place.i would drive mountain bikes and motor bikes some 20 years ago on the paths.i went to the \medical building recently and was amazed how cold the air around the place is.it was a warm day but in the windows a cold air comes out and you can see your breath.i wouldnt hang out around the place often or long because it does have a feeling of despair and bad energy going on.
