Locked

Trackie

Motts, it isn't fair to include pictures like this. Now we all want to know what is on the otherside of the door and no body can tell us.

Smoking

Trackie

In Alabama we are still at only around $3.45 per pack. I want to open a place that requires that you be a smoker to come in. Make a private club for smokers only. Your pass to get in would be that you smoke in front of the doorman/woman or you can't enter (keeps out fakers)

Fire Exit

Trackie

I'm with CrazyGuy... I hope the connecting room has a doorway leading to the outside. I also hope they get to this point before the smoke / fire is too bad considering the sign appears to be made of wood and has no lighting source.

Lock

Trackie

I believe the answer to the "how do you open it question would logically be that the doors are weighted or hung a certain way as to alow it to swing easily once unlocked or that since a skeleton key was used mabey a slight pull would do the trick. I find it interesting that the lock cover has 6 flathead screws in it and if removed the inner workings of the lock would be exposed.

Narrow Room

Trackie

I thought Mott said they brought people here from England because they were being mistreated. Wouldn't being put in this tiny little room be cruel and unusual punishment. In the US our prisoners have rooms bigger than this.

I myself have never been afraid of Satin or Satan either. I do like Satin much better than Satan. (sorry just had to pick on ya, my pastor got me once for writting Satin instead of Satan)

Coat Of Arms

Trackie

The center looks like an "A" at first glance but if you look closer you can see what appears to be a pick or shovel and a compass. Masonic?

The Good Doctor

Trackie

looks like he is doing, having or teaching a frontal lobotomy the old fashioned way...

they used to shock the patient using EST until the seizures caused them to pass out then before they could completely awaken, the doctor hammered these things that looked like icepicks under the top eyelids then moved them rapidly and violently around in the front lobe of the brain. When the patient came to, they never remembered a thing and amazingly this treatment helped many patients but not supprizingly killed many as well. Sometimes preformed with and sometimes without patient or family consent.

I'm sure when they left here they weren't worried about this but, seeing as i have a young child can't help but think..."Please remove the doors from things like this".

Trackie

brings back memories of the movie....um....from the 80's ....

Someone please help...it's driving me mad...

about the little round flying things on top of that building they were going to tear down, then they helped to save it but one of the little things got hit by one of the bad men and they thought it was going to die, then it had little baby flying things.....

The Table

Trackie

Mott, are you playing with us? This looks like something from Alice in Wonderland. The realy big chair, the tiny little chair and the angle of the shot makes everything look a little crooked and disproportioned. "This is Great"

Bilious Green

Trackie

this is the part in the movie where the guy tells the girl "stay here and I'll be right back". Then she hears a thud and starts calling his name. The thing is that he isn't going to answer because he is dead. DON'T GO IN THERE YOU DINGY GIRL!!! She goes anyway then you hear her scream and that is the end of her. Quick shot to the friends back in the other room.

Pink is in the red family and is supposed to be an angry color. Why is it in a hospital? And it's not evena pretty pink.

Also think it is odd that the paint around it is peeling but the painting itself doesn't even have a crack.

Beautiful. I'm really glad that the "other" artist refrained from defacing this. The thought that the building will be destroyed (comment on last pic) is really sad.

Suspend

Trackie

kinda odd. like some of the other people the one thing that really stands out to me is the fact that it seems that devided almost evenly the paint peels on one side but not the other. Mott, not even sure you noticed this when you shot it. Excellent pic

Contaminated Sharps

Trackie

look at the lid. the sharps containers now have a lid that would be much more difficult to remove and an opening in the top to put the items in. once it is full then that lid closes and it is red bagged and picked up by a biohazard company for disposal.

Ok maybe I was wrong about the blood thing on the floor in the other picture. Is it just me or does that look like coagulated blood under the front of the middle table? These tables don't look like metal so I don't thing it would be rust. And the pattern being more around the tables as opposed to under them is a little unseteling don't you think. "Great Pictures by the way"
