I do not believe that was the coal washing building. I believe it was built to searve as a loading station to load trucks for local delivery. I have been there many times and it was added after the breaker was built not sure what year. The conveyor took the coal from the loading site of the hopper cars and brought it to the gravity feed station for trucks.
