	Tom Tom Hi Paul, not much to say yet, but I can tell you that the long time owner Manny Halbert who died in 2004 daughter Laurie has sold the hotel to Congregation Khal Bnie Zion Inc out of Brooklyn. But it is my understanding that there is a court battle going on with a businesswoman who has put a deposit down on the hotel B4 the sale. When I get more info I will let you know.
