	Ozzy These passageways were once the old they old parking center for the NYC workers at one point. Since there was a down fall in workers at the Buffalo Central Terminal they put these luggage carts down here because there were very few passengers coming to the terminal betwwen the late 1960's and until it closed in 1979 so they let these carts rott.
