There may have been stalls.

It seems like between the toilets (look two or three tiles in front of the toilets, and half way between every two toilets) theres sort of holes in the tiles... maybe where stalls were anchored. (Look near the bottom right of the picture lol)

I know its a poor explanation but its not easy to explain. Hahaha.

That is incredibly disturbing. Something about the mix of illness and fecal matter. Well really.. the mix of anything and fecal matter.

How long would it take paint to peel like that? It was clearly scratched in before the paint peeled. I mean.. would the place have been closed long enough, with enough time for some troublemaker to scratch it in?

Seems like it could be legit to me.
