Motts I'm not sure, I guess if the power system can't be independantly shut for each building they just leave the juice on. It seems like a real hazard to me, I would just trip all the breakers in the building.

	Motts They seemed to be on almost anything that wasn't permanent... I've seen a few on file cabinets and things like that. It's very strange.

	Motts Yeah, the power was still on. Entire hallways would light up as you walked down them, all motion sensor triggered.

	Motts This was a morgue, not a solarium or a bedroom. These were built for medical practice and efficiency, not to look pretty or comfort the residents... I don't think assumptions towards patient care should be made from these "behind the scenes" places.
