Misty A hospital in Portland was closed back in the 50's or 60's. My father has a rare blood disorder. The medical personal have retrieved all the records for my fathers disorder except the ones in this hospital. The main record they need is the ones which were destroyed. The records destroyed were my fathers origins of his disease. Know there is no way to be able to replicate this. There shouldl be no time frame to destroy the records.
