As I am, An amazing graffiti artist.
I cant speak for who did this whether they had intent to vandalize
but by the form itself you can see
that it was intended to bring a dramatic effort to the room. And I personally like it, It brings a certain atmosphere i have never experienced

Now not to be a bummer but as you can see the colour of the chairs seem to resemble that of the rainbow scale
thus leading it to be a supportive
hospital of
"gay pride"
