Matty Montego i would assume it was a 'roundabout' i think they're called, like Kristiara suggested, altho it could also be a observation deck like Spydertap said and the middle pole might have once had like a plate on top to show what you can see if you look in that direction, but the fact that the trees look thick trunked and would obviously grow pretty big, i doubt if it were to be an observation deck they'd put trees like that below it but all in all, nice pic =)
