	Krow i believe that art can be illegal, most of motts' photography is technically illegal because he's not supposed to be in these buildings. the graffiti in this photo isn't art because it's not creative, it's just like a dog or cat marking it's territory. a real graffiti writer would do something that suits the area. for example: http://www.opacity.us/image4361_vaulted.htm see my comment)
