Who said a factory is always just iron and concrete... this architecture is wonderful and the place is graceful. Its simetry is amazing, you could put a mirror in the middle and miss it!!!

The pic actually gives me the feel of being inside, I almost hear everything now like incapsulated, and also being in a rounded closed place changes the perception of the eye....

Seems like with minimal maintenance everything here could work again... look, the wing nuts aren't even slightly rusted.

With all due respect to you all, but find curious that the very targets of those hurting words are the the less offended!!!... intriguing what term would "they" have for us???

In my country there are still lots of buildings with the exact same characteristics, the lovely floor everybody want's here for their kitchen, the colors, architecture, etc., but with people still living in them because of what we call "frozen rent"... where people due specific old legal conditions or death of the owner without inheritors, stopped paying rent, but since the building is not theirs, the don't put a single penny for maintenance usually old and lonely people... they're just part of all the whole abandonment. Very sad.

I guess the big windows face outdoors, so you're doing this by night... theory also supported by the long exposure times you mentioned were needed... then if the spectrum is you arranging the lights... there's no assistant... so you're alone!!! ...
