The eyes of the building just stare at you in the most forboding way. It's a face that tells one what the're entering. The fence just emphasises the ponderness of it all.

How about a white water trip down the Colorado. What a trip.

As you can see on the slabs it's open front and rear. On this side they would insert the cadaver from the lab where they did autopsy's etc. Then the funeral home would pick up the corpse on the other side, sort of a production procedure. The staff would recieve a tip for putting the body in the hearse. Then that persone flew away to the home for a face lift and a cosmetic makeover.

Wandered these obscence places and once got lost when I did window pane, remember?

Although I dislike to a degree that these old funky hospitals should be raped and and ravaged by little teeny boopers and the like, I think your photography does justice to what you have done. These fancy staircases always led to the tunnels.

In the upper center was where the organ was. I went up there one night and sat on the organ bench and smoked a joint. It made it a very spiritual adventure.

You got balls being on those slate roofs to take the some of the best photos that I have seen. The angles, the black and white photos. You got talent, carry on brother and keep up the work, the world needs you to keep the memory fresh in a medium we all can all relate to. You have enhanced my life with your grasp what it's about. This wasn't the theater, in fact it was the gym. A funny dusty little place that noone really went to. I once had a boxing match with a friend and a fellow staffer there, It was a strange place.

The organ was up just beyond mezzanine where you can see. Occasionaly I would go up there an sit and do a joint and join the ghosts of my choosing. It was never melovolent but they usually appreciated my company.

The little covered attire on top of the building was where the alarm that one could hear all over the city. It was like two long, one short, one long, would give you where the emergency was taking place. It could have been a fire, someone who couldn't be controlled. We employees carried a little care that gave us the location where the emergency was taking place and that all personell was duty bound to show up at that building whether one was working or you were at home and heard where the emergency was taking place.

It wraps up what it was all about, "the agony and the exstasy.
