	Frank-pgh Being a "newbie" to this sort of thing, I could be wrong but; It seems as though there is less vandalism in these pictures than I am accustomed to seeing in pictures of buildings from our side of the pond, (USA). Is there a different attitude in Britain, better security, or is this an isolated situation?

	Frank-pgh Florida Jen, I could be wrong but I think maybe you're seeing a knee-wall with mold on it; notice the black rubber base. The red is kinda creepy.
