Dammit Bill R.! I was watching Back to the Future when I read your comment! It was during the dance scene. Whatever it is, it sings!

Pink

El Steveo

The pink is gross and needs to go! Even though no one lives there now, some graffiti would actually improve the look. (Not that I am pro graffitti, but come on...pink???)

Green Machine

El Steveo

The green dials would mean oxygen...? I think I am remembering that right.

Bloody Corner

El Steveo

Okay, first off...it ran too thin to be real, real blood would coat more than "run". Second, the splatter pattern makes no sense (there really is no "pattern" to it at all). Fix that and the color and you'll be onto something to scare "some people" RB Vannacutt.

when I first started visiting this site, I thought the comments were ...ummm...well, frankly they came across as craven boot-licking. However, I do find it interesting how the images (which are very well done indeed) effect people in so many diffirent ways. Some see beauty, some see sadness, some are creeped out and others just enjoy something that few people will ever see. I have grown a new appreciation for the varied comments (though the "sycophants" can still be a bit much).
Anywho, thanks for sharing some great work Mr. Motts.

Little late on the post here, but I felt the need to defend the use of Photoshop. When photography first started been viewed as art, those who considered themselves to be "true'" artists pooh-poohed the photographic artists as "hacks".
There are still some who consider photography to be "cheap" art. I am not one of them. As a photographic artist (featured in several private collections, including the permanent collection at the Chicago Musem of Art), I see photography as being no less a artistic medium than drawing, music, etc. Getting back to Photoshop...
It CAN be used as a crutch, but I have yet to see Motts as using it as anything more than a tool, much like Ansel Adams used "F/64 and be there" as a tool. Does the fact that Ansel Adams used filters, dodging/burning or push/pull processing make him any less of an artist? No, of course not. Photoshop is a tool, nothing more. Does Kevin still make his own processing chemicals? If not, would he consider buying them a "crutch"?

Body Carrier

Lynne- Sorry, that wasn't meant to mean that ALL people working there were cruel, just a select few. However, the "few" were all most people ever hear about.

Body Carrier

Couldn't they just...you know...dump the bodies out the window at night and pick them up later? Kinda rude, I know, but it seems as if respect was not in abundance in these places. I work for a Supported Living company in Wisconsin, we are always fighting to get the "Wards" shut down.
