Doctor DETH Unless I am mistaken, that is a spray-on plastic material. It looks almost identical to the quiet rooms at my place of employment. It has no seams and is easy to clean with a hose. Perfect for those who express their art in bodily fluids. It may seem cruel, but is often necessary to house clients in these rooms for their own safety, but is often better than using restrictive clothing.
