For the Record, NOTHING was "demolished" for the condos. ALL property was saved and converted.

Only one original cupola (steeple) was lost to the fire and the "three condos" that burnt down was an add on and made from scratch as in NOT part of the original arcitecture.

Now all the ghosts of that place has free internet, sweet!

The Avalon Bay Danvers condo complex is very nice, they did a great job saving the place from demolition.

I'd love to haunt the place now, if i was one of the ghosts.

It is amazing that this room is now a very expensive and gorgeous condo w/ optional loft !!

I wonder if they kept and redone the bed?!

Why would they even design this frightening door, the shape of the squares in the door are omnious, their not just basic but look threatening. The fact the door is at the end of an arched way.

I get like a nauseous feeling looking at this hallway. I can just imagine being dragged toward those stairs with the light. Its just very omnious or something.

The building was called the Ritz. It was one of the better places for staff to stay.

Known as the Persian Room, Borscht Belt comedians and singers strutted their stuff on stage.

This bar was known as the Wedgewood Room. Back in the 70's Speedy Garfin and the Garfin Gathering played during the summer. Wonder Woman star Linda Carter was a singer in the band.

This hallway was used as a card room. Tables were set up along the windows and some high stakes poker games took place.
