I could sell that whole fireplace tomorrow for $15,000 The cast iron insert looks very clean and all the tiles on the floor are outstanding. A very hard to find piece.

Here in the midwest that banister would be here today and gone tomorrow.

The woodwork is outstanding. I have customers that would pay thousands for banisters such as these.

The solid wood six panel door hanging on the right is probably old growth cherry or walnut. I just bought 20 similar doors for a custom home and they were $600 each.
