	Bill It is an white superior diesel inline engine.Probably built in the early 1960s. This type of engine was also used as a standby generator producing KW.

	Bill Tony Fedele was a man who owned this entire comlex from 1979-1986. He removed many original artifacts and destroyed some parts of the building. He couldn't afford the place so they kicked him out.

	Bill believe me or not, in the boys dorm, i sat in one, not a pleasant sight, but they were quite comfortable.

	Bill "Them pipes out the top" were exhaust pipes to remove the heat & smoke produced by the burning of the arc rods. There was a postive rod & negative rod & the diameters were slightly different. Worked like an arc welder & the light was even brighter. Those were the good old days of the 50's

	Bill It is the full sized, old fashioned cart. For some wheel bearings we needed, I actually had to go in the terminal's sub basement and search through some old work rooms with hardware. Luckilly no water got to it, and they fit perfect.

	Bill Just by looking at the baggage cart, it takes you back in time. You can imagine NYC workers hauling luggage on it.

	Bill He was in the REA building. Just saw a raggy dressed guy, and I got the hell outta there. How far have you been up in the tower? When were you at the terminal last?

	Bill My best friends father works there. I've seen all the other carts. Going there tommorow to paint cart. At spring clean up maybe you could join our group on an "unofficial tour".
