I dont know how the staff could sleep at night with what they did everyday to these poor people.

i saw that chair but it as in long hallway just sitting in the middle it was pitch black. shinned the light down there and that was the only thing in the hallways directly in the middle it was scary lol

i half way went in this room.. Went into that hospital with bout 10 people back in July 2003 that place was insane in there.. floors missing water everyplace electric chair haha... I love to do research on that place.. cant find nothing interesting though.

As a kid growing up we had so much speculation about this place. If it was haunted and so forth. We never had the courage to step foot on the grounds. Thanks for this.

I have never been to this place, though i heard alot of stories about it. My ex-boyfriend told me and showed me a picture of him laying in one of those. I had the chance to go if i didnt break up with my ex. O well i go sometime, Id really like to!:-)

Went in there last night. There was a room just like this one but it was full of beds and had poop in every drawer under the beds. What's that about?

uhm ok im sure a lot of people are scared of the dentists office but this dentist office will surley scare the shit out of ya!

me n a couple of my friends have walked threw there we've only been there at night n in the winter so it's not as bad to walk threw.but in the buildings there's alot of broken glass and shit like that.we heard some noises n light that looked on in one building by the courtyard n we walked back threw it was gone.there's also n abandoned power plant behind pennhurst that i've been to but the walking was the worst part.lol

i am sickened, but i am not at all suprised by the conditions that these people were subject to

I know i have been criticizing (i know my spelling is horrible sometimes) almost every picture but i find it incredibly amazing how some people have nothing else better to do with there time to where the have to vandalize every abandoned building they come in contact with

thats my point if no one started all that shit then it wouldn't be so tight on security and possible free to hang out in but then you those who go and destroy a really neet place to visit

thats is exactally my point if it wasn't done in the first place people wouldn't have wo worry about tagging over others

now there is no need for all of that

see this is my point!!! all of that is unnecessary i mean theres tagging and then there is going a little too far with it

now im sry if i offend anyone with this that wasn't my intention i am just courious, but by any chance could someone tell me why everyone has to go in there and tag on just about every inch of this place. im mean no matter how many time you tag it, or where you tag it regardless of letting people know that you have been through bassically the whole place Nothing you write (once again no offense to anyone) anywhere will thrill anyone else . for instance the stories behind the history of this building, walking around and checking out byberry is what brings ppl to want to explore it not seeing writing all over the walls . (and if i offended anyone i apologize not my intention but byberry facinates me like no other but i dont want to look at tags and peoples drawing's all over the walls)
