Just look up Washington Post articles from the mid eighties! I remember somebody's mom mentioning we shouldn't go there any more, and low and behold we read the article about various Govt agencies training for urban/highrise guerilla tactics there. And then I guess we stopped.

Probably a flooded nuclear fallout shelter or crawl/scuttle from a lower level. Every building in DC area started getting them in 40's. Most of these are around the grounds. Come to think of it, they probably go from inside to outside of buildings for various reasons.

I am of the 80's Glendale crew. You have AWESOME pics. I don't need the photos so much as I am wondering if this is still there as of 2006. I may try to sneak an entire video session for the band. I went around there a few times only at night. Not been in years. I've dreampt of the stage room and other parts of the place since then.
