	Amanda I just heard from Long Island News that someone finally baught the property after it has been on the market for 10 years. The estimated cost for cleanup would be between 30 and 50 million dolllars. The buyers are making the State pay for the clean. Folks from Smithtown don't seem to be too happy about it all; traffic, over crowded schools
